Description:

In the immediate vicinity are a bank, groceries, bakery, tobacconist, bus stop, doctor's office and tram stop as well as Frauscherhafen - ship pier.
Ski region: Grünberg on the doorstep, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Kasberg 30 minutes, Gosau 45 minutes, Loser-Bad Aussee approx. 1 hour, Almtal cross-country ski trails approx. 15 minutes away by car.

I have put together gastro tips for my guests around Lake Traunsee (incl. directions), which I will be happy to send you after booking.

The new apartment is fully equipped with a bedroom (double bed, wardrobe) and a sofa bed for up to 3 people. The apartment consists of an entrance area with shoe rack and clothes rack, a living-dining area with dining table, couch and new Samsung Smart TV, spacious, modern bathroom with shower, washer-dryer and toilet.

The apartment is located in a newly built residential complex (2022) on the 1st floor with loggia to the quiet side facing away from the street and has about 41 m² of living space. It is divided into a beautiful living / dining area with fully equipped kitchenette , sofa bed and TV bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a storage room. A highlight of this special apartment is the loggia with about 5.6 m². In addition, a covered parking space is assigned and included in the rent.
