The new, wooden building with approx. 80m² of living space, including a covered terrace, small garden and several parking spaces, is available for your exclusive use during your stay.

Bus stop, train station, bakery, butcher, inns, ATM are in the immediate vicinity.

On the ground floor is the entrance area with cloakroom and toilet, the fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining area and the living area with couch, comfortable armchairs and smart TV.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor with a large double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers with direct access to the covered terrace.

The second bedroom has a large double bed with wardrobe and 2 further single beds for kids upstairs.

Both bedrooms can be darkened with automatic blinds

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, double washbasin with drawers and underfloor heating.

The high-quality finish of the interior fittings and furnishings leaves nothing to be desired.
