The house, built in 1965, is surrounded by meadows and offers a marvellous view of the beautiful Mattsee. It has a renovated holiday flat with a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with pull-out couch, bathroom and WC. A garden with barbecue facilities and a private swimming area 200 metres away are also available.
For colder days, a pellet stove and a tiled stove provide the necessary warmth.
