There is also a storage room with a washing machine in the apartment! On the large terrace there is a cozy lounge that invites you to linger in the sun - a dining area and a barbecue round off the facilities.

MONDSEE the lake and the village can be reached in approx. 3 minutes by car & on foot in approx. 15-20 minutes on foot THE LAKES Attersee, Wolfgangsee, Fuschlsee, Irrsee can be reached by bike as well as by car in a short time THE MOUNTAINS Schafberg, Drachenwand, Schober are the ones that can also be seen from the apartment & are only a stone's throw away THE CITIES Salzburg can be reached in approx. 20 minutes / Linz & Hallstatt in approx. 1 hour / Vienna, Innsbruck & Munich in approx. 2-2.5 hours by car SHOPPING OPPORTUNITIES can be reached in approx. 3 minutes by car (Hofer, Billa, Spar, DM, etc.)
