The signalman’s house is located on a small hill, where in the valley the still active Summerauerbahn is looking for its way to the Czech Republic. Far away from hustle and bustle, you can do what you want and find peace. With all your senses you experience in spring the juicy green meadows and blooming trees, in summer the scent of freshly cut grass, in autumn the colorful forest with a variety of mushrooms and in winter the fresh snow air and the crackling of the fire in the wood stove.

An attempt was made to combine historical elements with a modern standard, so that dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee machine are available in the fitted kitchen, but at the same time the historical masonry was preserved. A wood stove provides cozy, crackling warmth, an electric heater does not let you freeze when the wood stove stays cold. In the living room you will find SAT TV and WLAN throughout the house.

Address: Wörgersdorf 11, 4230 Pregarten. The navigation system will lead you over an unpaved road if you enter “Wörgersdorf 11” or “Einfach.Ausspannen - Bahnwärterhaus”, therefore choose “Sägewerk Neulinger”. At the sawmill turn right and drive through the middle, up the hill and then you will see the signalman’s house on the right side. You can park directly in front of the garden gate or on the flat meadow area.
