Haus Amalia is in a great location. On foot it takes 1 minute to the lake and 8 minutes to Gmunden town center. A public beach, fish grill, the highly recommended Kulturcafe, Schloss Ort and Toscanapark are close by.
The 70 m2 upstairs loft offers lake view. It contains a well equipped kitchen, dining table, lounge area with TV and sofa, which is also a comfortable queensize bed.
2 bed rooms, the bathroom and a utility room are on the ground floor. The master bedroom with a queensize bed looks out on the garden. The smaller one with a 140x200 bed is streetside. Note: the bedrooms are adjoined by a sliding door, and access to the small bedroom is through the master bedroom, suitable for families with children.
In the small garden with terrace, table and chairs and BBQ facility you can enjoy your meals.
Parking for 1 car in a parking garage across the road is included.
The tram from Gmunden railwaystation into town runs at the back of the house. The nearest tram stop is 2 min walk.
