New opening in the historic management building of the former Steyr works
11 stylish, completely different dormer windows on the historic building ensemble symbolise artistic design and exquisite standards from afar.

Three small rooms and two studio flats were created in the 350 m² roofscape at the height of the surrounding treetops. Each is a refined, minimalist, modern living retreat in shades of green, turquoise and blue. The open-plan design of the rooms, some with a panoramic bathtub or loggia, provides a unique view of the marvellous landscape and the charm of Steyr's old town.

All rooms offer high-quality care products from aesop, TV with Netflix and Apple TV connection, air conditioning, free WiFi, hairdryer, accessibility and car park.

The centrepiece of the new pleasure penthouse is the restaurant in the form of an artist's studio, decorated entirely in elegant black with a view over the former Steyr works and Steyr's old town. Smoked, oiled oak flooring, olive-green chairs and green plants growing from the ceiling create visual contrasts, while indirect designer lighting creates atmosphere.
