A small nice house with about 70m2 of living space in a quiet location near Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal spa and 25 minutes by car from Linz.

The house (my house is in the annex) was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very cozy. Guests have their own entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and 2 bedrooms (attic, garage, heating room, and basement compartment are not available for guests).

Here you can relax, unwind or take a break on a 3-day pilgrimage along Johannesweg and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel.

With our horse riding trail network of around 700 km on the Mühlviertler-Alm, we are always happy to welcome trail riders! Stabling options for horses are available 50 meters away!
