The Haus am Ipfbach is located directly on the beautiful Ipfbach in a quiet location near the center of St. Florian. The house has its own small garden and the general area's playground is right next to it.

Arrival by car: Coming from the Ipf Landesstraße, turn towards the market square at the roundabout (Spar, Unimarkt). Turn right at the second cross street (immediately before the Ipfbach bridge). After the next cross street the house is on the right side.
