The 68m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly built 2-party house, with a private terrace, grill and private parking directly in front of the accommodation.
Equipped with all necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, coffee machine and dishes, as well as a living room with TV, comfortable sofa bed (140/200) and dining area. The bedroom has a TV, king-size bed and a work area. A baby travel bed and high chair are included if required. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, washing machine, towels and care products. Separate toilet and spacious anteroom. A dog bed and water/food bowl are available for dog owners. A storage room for bicycles is located right next to the apartment.
