Newly built holiday home for up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms, modern kitchen/living room, exclusive terrace and modern, yet rustic furnishings. In addition to a well-thought-out, dimmable lighting, the Cottage offers a Smart TV (40''), a new Teufel sound system (Bluetooth), an exclusive terrace, table tennis, stand-up paddle and 1 bicycle (all for free use).
The two bedrooms (1x14m2, 1x12m2) each boast a 180cm wide double bed. A sofa bed (with a real mattress and slatted frame; 160cm!) offers additional sleeping space for another 2 guests. The bathroom includes shower & toilet. Another toilet is located next to the anteroom. The living/dining area with integrated kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and guarantees a cozy get-together at any time of the day. The gallery in the roof offers additional space to relax. Take the in-house SUP with you on your lake explorations in summer. Play table tennis with your family/friends in front of the house. Use the trekking bike to get Listen to your favorite music with the rich and crystal clear sound of the TEUFEL speakers (via Bluetooth).
The area in front of the cottage offers enough space for 2 cars. Another shared parking space (on a 1st come 1st serve basis) is located at the entrance in front of the house!
