Are you looking for relaxation and pure nature for your family vacation? Or would you like to spend a holiday with a family friend? Then our holiday home is just right for you! Our lovingly furnished house accommodates up to 8 people.

On the upper floor, there are two cozy parents' bedrooms and a children's room with two bunk beds.

The large garden with a wooden hut and access to a small stream is a paradise for children to play and frolic. While the little ones enjoy nature, you can relax on the terrace and fire up the grill. The surroundings invite you to extensive hikes and cycling tours. Numerous attractions such as museums, castles, and leisure facilities are just a few kilometers away.

This holiday home offers everything for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room with a large corner bench, TV, and several board games. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and baking, featuring a wooden corner bench, sink, dishwasher, electric stove, bread slicer, microwave, and a large refrigerator. A small toilet and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and towel dryer complete the ground floor.

Since April 2025, a combined pellet stove ensures cozy warmth – even in winter.

A steep staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is an entrance hall with a pull-out sofa bed. Three bedrooms provide space for up to 8 people. One bedroom has a double bed and a walk-in closet, another bedroom has a double bed and a pull-out couch for a child. The third bedroom is the so-called children's room, equipped with two bunk beds and a sink.

In the garden of about 350 m², you can relax and enjoy nature. A raised bed with herbs, various fruit trees, and berry bushes invite you to linger. In the wooden shed with a small workshop, you'll find space for hobbies or crafting. A seating area invites you to enjoy cozy gatherings outdoors. A small stream on the property offers cool relief and fun for children in the summer.

Accessibility / arrival

From the A9 motorway, take the exit for Spital/Pyhrn. Continue for about 2 km into the town center until the large intersection at Café Kemmetmüller and turn right towards Dr.-Vogelgesang-Klamm. At the railway bridge, drive straight up the hill until the end of the road. Our house at Sonnehang 74 is the last building.
