The lovingly furnished holiday home "Auszeit 2.0" is a quiet retreat for couples and singles, perfect for those who want to unwind in nature. With mountain views, a private garden, and a sunny terrace for relaxation, it invites you to breathe deeply. The cottage features a bedroom, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are included. A private parking space rounds off the offer.

Enjoying peace and freedom in almost solitude, hiking trails, cycling routes, the Steyr River for swimming, and beautiful excursion destinations such as Hinterstoder - Schiederweiher, the Kremsmünster Abbey, the city of Steyr, and much more are quickly accessible.

Your arrival is possible from 3:00 PM – this gives you enough time to arrive relaxed and feel comfortable in your temporary home. If you arrive earlier, feel free to let me know; maybe something can be arranged.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM, so we can lovingly prepare everything for the next guests. Of course, I am available to answer any questions at any time and look forward to making your stay thoroughly pleasant.

Accessibility / arrival

Coming from Steyr or Sierning, simply follow the B140 towards Grünburg. After the tunnel, turn right into Schieferstraße. After about 1.5 km, you will reach our cozy holiday cottage.

From Kirchdorf an der Krems, drive via the B138 and then the B140 to Untergrünburg. There, turn left into Schieferstraße and you will arrive shortly after.

Our cottage is located in a quiet and idyllic spot at the end of a private road.
We are very much looking forward to your visit!
