Christmas market in Lokschuppm Klaus

The traditional Advent market at the Lokschuppm Klaus takes place on December 8th from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Exhibitors from the municipality of Klaus, the Kirchdorf district and beyond await visitors with a diverse range of products. The wide range of products on offer in the Lokschuppm and the festively decorated gymnasium includes ceramics, fashion accessories made of wool, felt, fabric and glass, nativity scenes, gold and silver jewelry, woodturning, carvings, care products, cooking aprons, honey and jams. Also on offer are liqueurs, spices, chutney, birch brooms, candles, paper artwork, billets, pictures, ponchos, flower arrangements, health products, decorative cushions, birdhouses, wrought iron ornaments, children's books and much more.
The culinary area in the school courtyard, in the cellar of the shooting club and a specially set up "Advent Café" in the music school will spoil visitors. On the ground floor of the elementary school, there are further exhibitors and the opportunity to have portraits of yourself, your family and especially of small children made in the heated studio.
In the outdoor area there will once again be a Christmas tree sale with top quality local trees! At the entrance area, you can view the unique, life-size nativity scene, which was handmade in Heiligenblut am Großglockner. The Kinderfreunde children's club, musical interludes by the Klaus and Steyrling music clubs and alpacas to stroke in the outdoor area invite you to linger.
