The Braucommune in Freistadt invites you to a public guided tour every Thursday at 2.00 pm. Participation is possible without pre-booking. The meeting point is in the shop and the duration is approx. 2 hours at a price of € 12 (including samples and a give-away from our beer shop). 

Experience a special kind of guided tour in the only commune in Europe. Learn interesting facts about the history of the Braucommune, our raw materials, the brewing process and our hoppy beer.
Be impressed by the listed historic brewery and the only open malting floor in Austria. Taste, smell and marvel at things you didn't know about beer as a natural product. Be inspired by Prof. Arik Brauer's unique works of art in and around our brewery and taste our beers during the tour. Finally, experience the hoppy difference during the beer tasting in the brewhouse.
