Community hiking day

The event is part of the “Hiking Brings People Together” series. Hiking adventures invite participants to discover the Danube region of Upper Austria together. The focus is on experiencing nature, regional highlights, culinary delights, and exploring the hospitable communities together.

We’ll set off together at 9:00 a.m. —with an official opening and welcome right at the trailhead. That’s also where you’ll find the hiking passport: Anyone who participates in four “Hiking Brings People Together” events can look forward to a surprise prize. After all, exploring together should not only bring people together but also be rewarded.

Hiking route:
Long: Start at the municipal office – toward Prägartnerhofstraße – Innbachstraße – junction
toward Innbachstraße 6 (Pertlwieser; Fritzenschaft) – continue toward Aham — Aham 6 onto
dirt road toward the state highway—past the Obermoser company—across the state highway to the rest stop at the Peasants’ War Memorial

Short: Start at the municipal office—toward Prägartnerhofstraße—turn onto Austraße—
toward Straß—continue on the dirt road past the model airfield—behind the Obermoser company, cross
the state highway to the refreshment station at the Peasants’ War monument

Continue toward Staudach on the Naturfreundeweg—through Staudach, past the
Reif Country Inn to the finish at Staudach 18 at D’Jausn at the Erdpresserhof.
