Morning Yoga with Steffy—come as you are!

EVERY Saturday in July/August (weather permitting)
, 8:00–9:00 a.m.

Every Saturday (starting July 4), you can join Steffy for yoga on the pier at the Landesbad OÖ Weyregg and kick off a relaxed weekend.
We’ll start with a gentle warm-up, greet the sun, recharge our energy, and relax in Shavasana.

WHERE? Weyregg Public State Swimming Pool (at the dock)

What do you need?
Grab your yoga mat, maybe a towel and swimwear to cool off afterward, and a water bottle if needed

Cost: 15 € in cash on site or with an existing punch card

No registration is required, but please check the Instagram account @nama.see and Steffy’s status (+43 664 5667500) before you get in the car

TIP:
You can park next to the fire station in Weyregg and then simply walk down to the lake. (5-minute walk) You can park there for free for 3 hours! Another option: combine the morning yoga class with a day at the lake!
