Eisengasse

On the way to the city's landmark, the Linzertor, Salzgasse is called Eisengasse from the junction. Salt and iron played an important role in the city's development.

The clearly recognisable firewalls, which were intended to protect the roofs from the spread of the flames, are impressive.
