Poppenalm snowshoe tour

On the old tracks of the salt smugglers

From the Almgasthof Baumschlagerreith car park, follow the forest road in the direction of Steyr Ursprung, trail 209/216, always slightly ascending into the valley through the spruce forest and across clearings to the Poppenalm (not managed). Don't miss the beautiful view of the famous ski tour valleys Sigistal, Wassertal and Turmtal.
After a break, return the same way. The time indicated refers to the entire route.
