Easy, sunny afternoon tour with great views

Take the goods road by car to the Bosruckhütte car park, which is also open in winter.
From here, take trail no. 613 directly up the slope via the Ochsenwaldkapelle chapel to the Arlingalmen. The way back takes you along the snow-covered forest road downhill towards Rohrauerhaus. However, turn left at the fork and follow trail 601 to the starting point.

WATCH OUT: Avalanches can spontaneously trigger themselves from the slope of the Great Pyhrgas after heavy snowfall. In addition, a snow cornice often forms below the hairpin bend in strong winds. Please be aware of these danger spots.

Tip:
At the Arlingalmen, continue up to the Arlingsattel and then left to the small Bosruck!

In the Spital am Pyhrn area, turn off towards "Dr. Vogelgesang Klamm" and take the Borsruckhütte supply route to the car park below the Bosruckhütte. (For the Bosruckhütte supply route, there is a general chain obligation in winter driving conditions)
