National Park Tour | E-bike

The starting point is the parking lot at the Windischgarsten soccer field. The e-bike takes you along the Salzabach on the MTB 5 cycle path towards Mayrwinkl. In the Salzatal, the forest road leads steeply uphill over 7 bridges to the Salzahütte and from there continues towards Wurbauerkogel. Once at the top, we recommend a detour to Mostschenke Horner. Let yourself be pampered with down-to-earth, homemade specialties in the Mostschenke. On offer are, among other things, hearty Brettljausen, or the popular house aspic and a glass of cider or apple juice from the farm's own production.

We continue towards Haslersgatter and on Langfirststrasse to Dörflmayralm/Hanslreith. Departure via Kreuzau to Zickerreith. Here you can now take your second culinary break. In Zickerreith, a lot of emphasis is placed on regionality and tradition and we only use products from the region. In addition to the regional delicacies, you will also be impressed by the landlady's great pastries.

Past the Egglalm you follow the path into the Innenrosenau and on the Hengstpaß state road back to Windischgarsten.
