Our house is situated in a quiet, sunny location with impressive mountain views and has a lovely barbecue area for our guests. Bicycles are also available for free use in summer.

On our first floor, you will find a dual-zone wine cooler which enables you to enjoy your drinks at the optimal temperature.

It is always well stocked with reasonably priced quality red wines (18°c), white wines and Sekts (9°c) as well as beer and other soft drinks.

Our prices are based on a self catering basis.
A surcharge of €15,00 applies for stays of only 1 night

cancellation terms and conditions

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 14 days before arrival.

Reservations between 20.12 and 06.01

• The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival.

• The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 42 days before arrival
