Herb hike with Helga Graef

Herb hike
The "weeds" along the way are of interest! On the hike, you will learn which plants you can eat and which ones you can confuse with. Wild herbs contain important bitter substances, vitamins and tannins that are very healthy for our organism. Many of them are also medicinal plants. Helga Graef tells you what you can cook with them and how they can be used.
Bring along: a small screw-top jar
Clothing: please wear good shoes and appropriate for the weather (jacket)
Registration: Helga Graef, +43 650 3054144, info@brot-und-leben.at

The hike also takes place in bad weather (except in pouring rain)
Walk
We walk for about 1.5 - 2 hours on a circular route and discuss the plants that are currently growing. They are in a different stage of growth each time, which is interesting for recognising them.
On each walk, there are focal points and also plant families that we take a closer look at. The basics of collecting, drying and processing as well as the year-round herbs - nettle, ground ivy, dandelion, ribwort plantain, hogweed, etc.... - are always included
