We bake a hearty rye bread with natural sourdough in the Holfofen (without yeast). You will learn everything you need to know about grains, types of flour, types of dough and about sourdough production and use. Something sweet for coffee should not be missing, also with sourdough. Weckerl and Flesserl complete the assortment.
Helpful tips and tricks are also there to help you succeed at home. A fun and creative day at the Attersee awaits you!
